Business & Agricultural Bankruptcy
We analyze complex business matters to determine whether bankruptcy is a viable option and to identify the possible benefits of filing a bankruptcy case. We have represented small and medium-sized businesses, medical professionals, real estate developers, farmers and others. We routinely file liquidation cases under chapter 7 and reorganization cases under chapter 11 and chapter 13 for business entities and individuals with business debt. We’ve also handled numerous Chapter 12 cases for grass seed farmers, dairy owners, and other farming operations. We can represent and advise our clients on every aspect of a bankruptcy matter, including lawsuits called “adversary proceedings” that may arise in a bankruptcy case.
